Two refund facts are locked. Everything else is pending lawyer-final review and should not be relied upon until that review is complete.
Annual prepay — 14-day satisfaction guarantee
Annual prepaid subscriptions carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the start of the subscription. Within that window, you may request a full refund of the annual prepayment.
Monthly subscriptions — non-refundable
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may pause or downgrade your monthly subscription at any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Other refund matters
Treatment of unused tokens, paid add-ons, partial periods following mid-cycle changes, downgrades from annual to monthly, and disputed or chargeback charges are described here. Final language is pending lawyer-final review. Until then, queries about any of these scenarios should be directed to support@kaias.ai and will be handled on a case-by-case basis consistent with the two locked facts above.
